The new facility, designed to cater to all of your fitness needs, opened last month.
Expect more than 30 state-of-the-art pieces of cardio equipment, a full Spin Program featuring Spivi, an industry-leading virtual ride spinning program, mixed martial arts classes, an AWA Strength and Conditioning wrestling programming and sauna room, and a 2,000 square-foot boxing area.
And that's just the half of its. Guests will also find a junior basketball court with party rentals and seating area, a Styku 3D body scanner for precise body measurements and a Smoothie Bar. There's even an in-house sports medicine facility.
What makes Impact Zone different from other gyms -- aside from its wide range of services -- is its designed-in-house Strike-Zone, an intense group cardio combat program that combines weight training, interval training, cardiovascular training, and striking from all combative sports.
During each 55-minute session, participants burn 800 to 1,200 calories, building muscle and increasing one's cardiovascular threshold.
Membership is $29 a month.
