Old Tappan Public Library will host a men's yoga event Nov. 16 - Dec. 21.
Men are invited to learn the basics and master yoga poses to stregthen, stretch, and prevent workout injuries all while focusing on mental health and wellness.
Classes are Mondays from 7:30 - 8:45 p.m. and are $78 for six sessions; and $60 for seniors.
Vincent Bonadies, a certified instructor, will lead the classes.
