Harrington Park's Community Church Sets Women's Ministry Breakfast

HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. -- The Community Church in Harrington Park will feature the Rev. Marilyn Peoples at its March Women's Ministry Breakfast.

The breakfast and talk takes place from 9-10 a.m. Sunday, March 5.

Peoples is an assistant minister and Bible class teacher. Peoples has developed and conducts a personal ministry called “A Word from the Lord Ministries.” This is a ministry that takes the word of the Lord to the sick and shut-ins who are in hospitals, homes, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and has completed studies at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University in Wynnewood, Pa. Peoples has been trained via the Stephen Ministry as a Stephen Leader, where she is equipped to organize members of the church to supply care-giving/love and spiritual growth to those who are in need.
