Chef Gaspard Caloz opened the restaurant in 1988, and it has been named best French restaurant in New Jersey by Zagat.
Beaujolais nouveau is released on the third Thursday of November, which is often only a few weeks after the grapes for the wine were harvested. Shops and restaurants celebrate the annual tradition with special events and dining experiences.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.
