Old Tappan Library Offers Workshop On Picture Frame Art

OLD TAPPAN, N. J. -- A local artist is planning to guide those interested in creating picture frame art in a free workshop Monday, Oct.24, at Old Tappan Free Public Library in Old Tappan.

Here are some embellished picture frames by local artist Grace Choi, who will lead a free workshop Monday for those interested in crafting their own.

Grace Choi will help participants make embellished photo frames that not only display pictures but are pieces of art on their own. 

The workshop is set for 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the Community Room of the library, 56 Russell Ave., Old Tappan.
