The-year-old great-great-grandmother has sworn by the fresh-squeezed vegetable juice for 100 years — make that 101 March 23.

And yes, that’s two greats spawning five generations.

“She drank a lot of carrot juice and so do I,” said Laub’s daughter, Michelle Gately, 79, of Monroe, New York.

Born in the midst of World War I, Laub has seen it all while embracing the role of a housewife for decades in New York City, and later Mount Vernon.

But Laub, formerly of Edgewater, doesn’t feel triple-digits — nor does she look it.

Her hair is full and dark gray and her skin is smooth and wrinkle-free. Her nails are painted a shiny red and her mind is sharp.

Laub still enjoys a good read and an even better laugh. She’s never sweat the small stuff and still is as easy-going as it gets.

“A couple days ago she told me she doesn’t want to spend any part of her day being unhappy,” Gately told Daily Voice.

“She basically says — and I believe this, also — that you are acceptable to change because life changes,” Gately said. “And to accept it and go with that flow is a very good thing for you.”
