Norwood Students Ready For Super Bowl Sunday With 'Soup-Er Bowl'

NORWOOD, N.J. -- The Norwood Student Council is collecting cans of soup for the Church of the Holy Communion's food pantry.

Fifth-grader Eddie Sullivan came up with the concept of having a "Soup-er Bowl" to coincide with this weekend's championship football game, with students in the K-8 school donating cans of soup.

More than 200 cans had been collected as of Thursday evening.

The can drive was supervised by fifth-grade teacher Marijean O'Donnell.
