Norwood Indoor Soccer Teams Claim Championships

NORWOOD, N.J. -- Two of the three Norwood indoor soccer teams won the Harnisch Indoor Soccer Tournament championship games held at Northern Valley/Old Tappan High School.

The third and fourth grade Coyotes beat the Demarest Destroyers, 2-1.

The fifth and sixth grade Sharks defeated the Norwood Argonauts, 8-3.

Bo Olafsson and Larry Drucker coach the Coyotes. Sam Beer and Frank Messina coach the Sharks.

The trophies will be displayed in Borough Hall.

Norwood Soccer League is a recreation soccer league for kindergarten through eighth grade, for children that live in or go to school in Norwood. For more information, visit the league's website.
