Mid-Hudson Valley Run In Lagrangeville Honors Military, First Responders LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y. -- Arlington High School hosted the inaugural Mid-Hudson Valley Run for Heroes last week. The Run for Heroes included a 5K run/ruck and an 8K run/ruck. It honored all first responders and active and veteran military service members. Arlington graduate and U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Daniel Cartica organized the marathon. Cartica won the World Marathon Challenge (seven marathons on seven continents in seven days) earlier this year in a world-record time.
