It will also be known as Artie Bodrato Way to honor Arthur Bodrato, a 70-year veteran of the Northvale Fire Department who lives on the street.

Northvale's Mayor and Council and Bergen County Clerk John Hogan honored Bodrato with a ceremony and the unveiling of the street sign bearing his name.

Bodrato was presented with a flag that flew over the Capitol Building courtesy of U.S. Senator Robert Menendez's office. He also received commendation from borough's governing body.

Father Jerry Hahn of St. Anthony's Church blessed the sign and the crowd.
